About the Zenefit

Looking for an evening of fun, entertainment, good food, and kids’ activities?  How about the chance to get artwork, jewelry, gift baskets, and more at great prices? Then look no farther than the Zenefit, the annual fundraiser auction of the Zen Buddhist Temple taking place on Saturday, March 16 from 5:30 – 8:30 pm.

Enjoy a delicious strolling buffet. Your children will be sure to enjoy the special activities we are planning for them. And then…….the auctions!

In the silent and live auctions, not only can you bid on fine items, but also events like a gourmet dinner based on your favorite poem.  Services such as massage, acupuncture, coaching and others will be auctioned as well as gift certificates for local restaurants and businesses. To see the types of items and services you may end up bringing home with you, visit the sections at the top of this page.

Half of the proceeds from Zenefit 2013 will go to support the work of Michigan Prisoner Re-Entry (MPR), a group providing support services to recently released prison inmates. The remaining proceeds will go to support the Temple Scholarship Fund. For more information on these programs, click on the “Programs Supported by Zenefit 2013” tab above.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12, or $25 for families. The Zen Buddhist Temple is located at 1214 Packard in Ann Arbor.
